Chris takes a gentle and direct approach to help adults achieve their goals by finding new ways to approach life's problems. Chris takes time to learn what's important to you so the therapy process makes sense for you and your goals.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, music, and eating chocolate.
